Croc Parcel Not Received

I made a purchase for 2 pairs of crocs in Dec 2024. I received a message that my parcel had been delivered to my address but yet no parcel had been received. I've sent numerous e-mails asking where is was delivered and who signed for it. It's now 2 months with no response. This is absolutely shocking customer service and I would definitely not recommend purchasing items on line through them. Total disgrace....
