Courier Guy is making you look bad

Crocs SA is great but the couriers they made use of is not so reliable. I made an online return last week Wednesday and I got a mail from the Courier guy that they will collect it by Friday,late Friday they let me know that the driver was out of the area and can't collect it. I am very disappointed as I made arrangements for them to collect the parcel as my son and myself is working. I haven't heard anything from them yet.
