Broken Crocs

Good day

I logged a complaint 2 weeks ago and received no response. I bought Toy Story character crocs for my 2 years less than 3 months ago and the “permanent jibbit” that came on it fell off - it is broken on that spot of the shoe. This is shocking from crocs. I expect a response soonest.
