I want to compliment Rowena at Crocs SA - she assisted me with 2 queries regarding my order and both times were a quick and friendly response. I had to return part of my order, and she made the process so quick and painless it was not an inconvenience or frustration in the least! Great job, Rowena and Crocs! PS. the Pond colour Crocband Flip is just gorgeous, On the first day I wore it, they inadvertantly went through rock pools and over rocks and sand on a mini hike. They are tough and till look like new
