Black Friday order

Poor service, boots size 6 (SA) ordered, product is in fact Size5-6, too small, and because of the delay, no time for a replacement. Order placed on the 24/11, payment confirmed on 27/11(their website) 4 working days delivery was part of the reason for my order, AFTER I telephoned order was dispatched on 5/12 (their website and e-mail) to reach me after 2 more phone calls on the afternoon of 15/12. I am based in Somerset West and not Pufadder! Jeanet
