BEWARE DON'T BUY CROCS WITHOUT KNOWING.

Crocs were bought as a gift for my wife down in cape town. They were given to her and since she had injured her leg she was only wearing the a crocs on the one foot, she had her moon boot on the other foot, and happened to leave the other crocs in the car. When she tried on her crocs after removing the moon boot the one crocs had shrink 2 sizes too small. We reported this to the local crocs at the vaal mall and were told that we had to have a till slip, which we did not have since it was given as a gift. The local store refused to help us. So now all we can do is throw away the odd sized crocs. CUSTOMERS NEED TO BE AWARE OF THE FACT THAT IF YOU WALK ON HOT SURFACES OR WEAR YOUR CROCS IN HOT WEATHER THEY WILL SHRINK AND THEN THEY BECOME USELESS. We contacted crocs south Africa and they promised to sort this out. But it was only a empty promise since we have had no further feedback from them and they do not respond to any messages.
