BAD SERVICE RECEIVED FROM CROCS SOUTH AFRICA

I have ordered a pair of shoes on the 14th of June 2020 online from Crocs South Africa. I received a message a few days later that the shoes are no longer available. I asked them to pay back the amount (R1384.00) I did receive a parcel from them who did not belong to me. I follow it up and it was orderd by a lady in Knysna. The lady from Crocs promised me that the wrong pair of shoes will be collected and that the Croc company will reimburse me my money paid for the shoes not received. It is very difficult to get through to Crocs South Africa and to talk to someone to assist with the problem. I am still waiting for the money to be paid back into my account. I am really very dissapapointed with their service and would never order from them again.
