Bad service

I ordered 2 pairs of Crocs on the 5th of December. My order number is #53685. Only one pair was delivered, I have been calling sinse then, but no answer on the phone. In the first week of January, I called and spoke to a lady who was very assisting and she took my details and she said the second pair will be shipped the following week. Its been 3 weeks now and I have tried calling but nobody answers the phone.

I am very disappointed in the service that was given to me. I just want my money back because the shoes are not coming.
