Bad service delivery

I have not received my shoes in a month(23rd October). As a first time customer I hugely disappointed. The have huge delays in order fulfilment and delivery. They have bad customer service and little to no communication with the customer. They sent apologies and delay estimates twice and failed to deliver twice. If you're buying crocs for yourself or as a gift for someone else; forget about timely deliveries.

For a popular brand like this I am shocked.
