Bad service Crocs waterfront

Good day I was not happy with the service I received at the Crocs in waterfront. On the 21/07/2021 I purchased sandal for my daughter with letters at Tygervally Crocs store. One of the ladies that assisted me said she will have to send WhatsApp to the Manager and take pictures of the sandal because it’s broken. I was there to exchange reason it broke. So the lady came back and told me that the manager said she must not take it back because it’s manufacture fault looks like my child or dog bit it. My child is 5 years old she will never chew a shoe and I don’t have dogs. She must not have assumptions. I’m not happy at all i paid a lot of money. The store doesn’t even have a manager in store inside. I couldn’t speak to anyone except the feedback I was given by the lady. That is bad service. The lady gave me the name of the manager that she spoke to on WhatsApp Alvina Misland. I must go home with the broken sandal and I was about to purchase for my son and I took my money back. The decency of not having atleast 1 supervisor or manager in store. I don’t want this sandal it’s rather they take it back or refund me back.
