BAD SERVICE CROCS STORE EAST GATE

I had a very bad experience with the Crocs store at the East gate mall on 12 January 2023. My daughter received a pair of white Crocs for her birthday on the 15th of November 2022. The size was not right and we went to excitation it for a size 4 at Crocs store in East gate mall, but they did not have the size four in stock. In the following days, we drove to Mall Africa and Santon city with no luck the lady at Mall of Africa informed us that there is no size 4 white Crocs in the country, and I should phone around from time to time, what we did and when someone answered the phone none of the stores had size 4 white Crocs. We went to the Crocs East gate mall twice during December 2023 to see if they had the size 4 white Crocs, with no luck. The only time we had a chance to return to East gate was on the 12th of January 2023 as we stayed in the Vaal. On Thursday 12 January 2023 at the Crocs store, they still did not have the size 4 white Crocs, we ask for a cash refund, and they informed us that we are not entitled to a refund as 14 Days from the purchase date has passed. My daughter said it is fine she will take a pair of peach coloured Crocs shoes. Then we were informed that they will not do an exchange because 30 days from the purchase date has passed, which is their company policy. The Crocs store manager said they can not help us because of company policy. She ask if we left a number for them to contact us when they received the stock in December 2023, my daughter confirmed that she did the "store manager made a useless attempt to find my daughter's name in a book. I asked the "store manager" what her name was but she refused to give it to me, she was the only staff member not wearing her name tag. At this stage, she got very annoyed with me and said there is nothing she will do to sort out the problem. I must be one of the most *********** and unaccommodating managers I have ever seen. We left empty-handed again. I don't understand why they could not exchange the shoes as it is not our fault that size fours are so popular and the store managers are so *********** to order the correct quantities for stock. We are now sitting with a brand new pair of Crocs that no one can wear, and a bad taste of awful service received.
