Bad service

Wow I placed an order last week already, no update or response from crocs and if you try to reach out to them over email and WhatsApp you don't get a reply, why is it so easy for company's to take your money but when it's time for them to deliver the service that the suppose to offer it's such a hassle, crocs have the worst service ever don't even talk about getting hold of them, crocs need to keep up with the brand because the service level is below quality
