Bad service and quality

I bought 3 pairs of sandal on the 3 for 2 sake 1 week ago. The sandal which was for free, was for my son. The first time he wore the sandal, it broke in between the toes. I then contacted crocs tygervalley and the lady told me that I can come in to store and have it exchanged for the exact same pair but cannot be exchanged for a different sandal or refund. I then went to the store today and was told by the staff there that it has no value it was basically for free and that the exchange will not happen. I was so furious .I said that whether it was free or not it definetly should not break within a few hours of wearing it. They just did not care. I will never ever buy from crocs again. The service at this store is terrible. They choose who they want to assist
