Bad Service

<p>I ordered shoes on black friday and I still have not received my shoes. When you call the call centre no one answers. I received and email from Liezl Adams saying the shoes I ordered are no longer available and I should select another style. After respoding to her email a week ago , I still have not received a response from her about my shoes. I called and left a message and she nerver call you back. The receptionist there is useless cause she cant help you with your enquiries. I only ordered the shoes cause my daughter loves the shoes and I usually get them from Zando. I think they should stop offering online services because their after sales service is terrible.</p>
