bad online service

I placed an order Monday online ,paid for the order as well .Its friday today which is more then 48hours my order status is still unfulfilled . i sent emails ,called the customer care number ,sadly no luck. this will be my 1st and last order that i placed . very slow online service which is very dissapointing ,never again .
