Bad online experience with Crocs SA

What a horrible experience I had with this company! I purchased a pair of crocs for my daughter online on the 26 June 2023, I then called on the 3rd July 2023 to check the status of my order. Turns out that my order was not processed, due to me not filling in my last name correctly, so their system did not reserve the stock. I was told that I would be refunded in 3 - 5 business days. Upon noticing that I had not been refunded I then called again on the 11 July 2023 and was told my payment portal rejected my refund and that the refund would have to be manually issued. This refund will now take another 7 to 10 business days to clear!! The consultant was also very unphased by my misfortune. Please do not buy from their online store its not worth the headache ..
