Bad management at crocs tygervalley

Good day,

I purchased crocs from crocs tygervalley on a few occasions my last experience was so terrible.

I bought a pair for my wife was to big when she fitted on the crocs I bought it on a 15% discount it was a instore offer where you scan the barcode and get the 15% off

I took it back for a exchange from size 5 to size 4 I was Said they don't have the same color and they don't really do exchanges if it's a promo price which was mind blowing then it was said that if they do exchange it I must pay the full price I am seriously not happy the manager had a attitude and in no way friendly or she didn't even try to go the extra mile why should I pay the full price for just and exchange if crocs offer the discount to attract customers

I eventually just gave up and paid the full price for the exchange it's not really about the money is by the professionalism I expect from a manager I also work in retail and a customer should be treated with respect especially If you sitting in a position as a manager

I won't recommend anybody to crocs tygervalley the guys on the floor is really helpful

But the manager on the other hand should not be in that position
