Bad customer Service on order over a month ago

I ordered shoes for my son on 30 April 2020 and after numerous requests to customer service they still have not issued my order? I have been promised this several times with different excuses, also saying they will deliver straight from store. I still have not had any delivery and have to keep chasing up. Latest is they are trying to redo order with no stock available in warehouse. I had to phone the stores myself to source the correct items! I have no idea if or when i will actually receive any of the shoes ordered over a month ago! Definitely not good customer service at all.
