Bad customer service

I purchased a Paris of sandals online on the 3rd of December till today I have not received it they keep on sending emails that the order is on its way and will be delivered soon, the worst part is to go to one of their stores in Canal Walk thinking they might be of help but it turned out to be a waste of time and my fuel,, I traveled all the way for them to just provide me with the customer service contact number tha goes straight to answering machine.
