Bad communication

I ordered crocs online and they delivered, however the size was big I asked for an exchange. It’s been about a week since they’ve collected my package for an exchange but no communication whatsoever.

I sent an email to crocs they have still not responded.

I mean if I’m doing and exchange upon collecting the package they should be dropping of my new size.
