Bad after service - missing pair of shoes not sent or refunded.

Order number: SOVZAZACRSY818092 - missing one pair of crocs. My order arrived missing one pair. I contacted Crocs immediately upon getting my delivery to notify them of this issue, I was told to email. Request #87087 I emailed and they promised to call and contact me back within 24hours and I received an email asking me to respond to the service request of which I did. Today I receive an email telling me the request has been closed. This company has poor customer service, all I want is my missing pair of shoes! What is so difficult. I submitted video and photo evidence. There is no way that 4 pairs fit in the box the order was delivered it if you review the video and pictures sent. Bunch of ****** and ****s bad customer service especially when I did my part.
