awaiting refund for 5 months now

I have been to and fro to the Croc shop regarding the refund owing to me. I paid cash for a shoe but was unsatisfied with it and therefore returned it. According to the cashier, she could not refund me in cash even though I paid in hard cash. The refund was done to my card, which i was unfortunately unaware of being closed/expired. However, as normal circumstances has it, the money should have been returned to the Croc shop but apparently its missing between the banks! <br> <br> Im truly unsatisfied with this extremely delayed service.
