Atrocious service and Bad products at Crocs!!!

We purchased a pair of Crocs at end October 2022, the crocs started fading colour, we returned it to the store and they are refusing to exchange it even though it is within a 6 month period!!! We asked that the manager contact us and still have not received any feedback regarding this!!! This is really bad service and would never purchase your product!!! Please make sure that you actually provide feedback here as I think social media will benefit from me sharing this bad experience!!!
