APPALLING SERVICE

I purchased a pair of Classic Crocs tie Dye Sandals SOVZAZACRSY287473 online on the 2nd of Jan 2023 and the sandals were due for delivery on the 6th of Jan 2023. On the said day of the delivery I received a pecu**** notification on my emails stating that '' We were unable to successfully complete the delivery of your parcel''. I called the Crocs SA customer care service, spoke to Nehemia and Lauren on 3 separate occasions and both of them kept on saying that they had emailed the courier company about the issue however, the company had not gotten back to them. It's been 14 days since I made the purchase and alas, I have not gotten any satisfactory response from Crocs SA about my item. I find Crocs SA's service absolutely appalling and pathetic to say the least. Lauren even dropped the call on me when I was probing her with simple questions. This leaves me no option but to open up a case against Crocs SA because what they are doing is pure ****gery.
