Appalling Customer Service!!

I have had the worst service ever, appalling to say the least! I have an order from 17/12/2024 that is still not shipped yet, I have another order for 2 more pairs on 20/12/2024, with this one there was some glitch on the site and the orde went off 3 times and minf you uts Christmas season, no gifts for the kids plus being ****** daylight!!. I called them and all I was told was to wait till they are delivered because they don't do cancelations. In this day and age, for an online store to not do cancelations is absurd! Now I must wait for shoes to come, lord knows when, then fight again to get my money back. I work for an international online retail store, and can say for a fact that Crocs has no sense of customer service or customer satisfaction. I am never using them again!
