Angry customer

I bought a pair of crocs and I paid for shipping as well, today I received a call from Courier guy saying that I should meet them in Police Station and I told them I stay far from the police station atleast let's meet at the Mall cz it's close by but they refused to deliver my parcel saying that if I don't pick it up by the police station they gonna return my order. I'm soo angry why must I pay for shipping if I must go and collect my parcel at the police station? Why didn't they ask for a police van to escort them to my place? Because I have paid for a Shipping. I'M VERY ANGRY WITH THE SERVICE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED.
