Worst fibre service provider do not use them

This is the worst company ever do not do business with them. I have tried to use them for fibre (internet) at my home in Aan de Wijnlanden Estate as we were forced by our trustees to use them as a Fibre provider. The service was non-existant, dropping signal continuously and going for days without any connections. I cancelled my service due to this pathetic service, just to see that they wrongfully deducted another months subscription from my bank account. I e-mailed them the enquire about the refund, and no one bothered to phone me back. I finally ended up calling them, and the lady is telling me she has got no answers for me she did ask her CFO to process my refund and she can't explain why it has not been done. So they don't provide a service, and then they ***** your money????
