rude castomer care service

their castomer services agents are very rude, they leave you hanging while seeking for unswers even their responses will make you regret using their crisp, their whatsapp services is even worse. i dont want to mention how their network is unstable, it will just go off without a notice. we pay a lot of money for this poor castomer service. please do better
