Poor service advisors

Every time I have interacted with crisp, I have never been assisted instead the agents are rude and don't explain properly. Their customer service is horrible to say the atleast. I have requested statements of my account and when I enquire as to why certain payments do not reflect and others do. I'm told that is how their system works which makes no sense.
