Poor service
This company lies to people before they sign up with them ,once you sign up the service is ****.imagine subscribing for 200mbps and being supp**** with a router that cannot run that kind of speed? You expect the client to go buy a router that will cost another R1000 after paying R1000 for installation? This problem has been going on since the beginning and there's no solution as they continue to lie that they advised me before applying that I will have to buy a router with such capacity of running 200mbps.sucks I would have given 0 ⭐

Your R1000 installation is for the FIBRE installation and activation to your premises. The FREE TO USE router is a 100MB router. We always suggest that when a client has a bigger than 100MB line they upgrade their router to be sufficient to your needs.
When you upgrade your router to a more sufficient router you won't have any issues.
