Pathetic service

The absolute worst service. Been cut off because they can't manage their books despite us paying every month on time. Now we sit without internet until Friday because they can't send a technician out to sort out the problem. We were given absolutely no notice that we would be without Internet and as a result we are loosing hundreds of rands in income due to their incompetence. The worst part of it is that we can't even get a better service provider that is willing to go the extra mile because these people have the sole holding of the lines in our area. In an era of online work and communication this is absolutely unacceptable. Their WhatsApp correspondence is rude and unresponsive when asked how we are meant to deal with the financial losses due to their lack of service.
