Pathetic and unreliable service provider

This company is the worst of all Fibre companies to use. Their service is absolutely terrible. I have been working from home and even bought me a router because of the constant disconnection monthly and yes I have proof of this. When I called, I was told by Barend in accounts, but I signed a contract but they seem to forget about the service they are supposingly to provide to me to have signed the contract. I'm awaiting my termination document please.
