Have to say a big thanks to KYLE. I collected a new wi-fi unit from Crisp Fibre. Got home to install it as it was pre-setup with my details and passwords. Upon installing, I realized that the password wasn't working, not sure if a letter was missed with setup. Not too bothered as this happens as I am in the copier industry and know this can happen very easily. I called Crisp for help and happened to get connected with KYLE. We spoke for a little and he said we can reset it and he'll send me a step-by-step how to set it up. We finished the conversation and I attempted to setup but something wasn't working. About 15min later I get a Whatsapp from Kyle asking if I came right. I say "no, still not lekker" we exchange msgs with pics and texts. And was up and running within 10 min. Thanks very much for the service. If this is how the help service is, I'm glad I changed.
