Failure to render services as per agreement

Crisp Fiber was chosen by our Complex as the preferred internet service provider, a contract was signed for them to do the fiber installation and connection. To date it has been going on two years waiting for them to do the final connection with no final date set in place for them to finish their work and service to be started. If you visit their offices as well as contact them you run in to a dead end wall because it seems they don't want to assist in finalizing the process. If this is the type of service they render with just installation and connection I would not recommend this company to any business, complex or personal unit to even consider using them for this is not poor service delivery this is no service delivery.
