<div>I was assisted by a guy named **** - all was done remotely. For a person like myself who knows nothing about Tech, I was shocked that I was able to connect my WiFi but it wasn’t going to be possible had he not been patient with me. I would take videos of the smallest things while trying to connect and he would explain everything in detail so that that I know what I’m doing. Thank you</div>
