Disapointing ISP

I had initially given this this ISP due to their customer service in the beginning.

But their service has been frustrating in the past months. When there is load-shedding there internet goes with the electricity. I have mates who's fiber is up even during 6hour outages but crisp is unable to keep up a connection during a 2 hour loadshedding

Iv complained to a point I am now forced to go to work because these guys somehow fail with their uptime.
