Crisp fibre worst ISP

Have been with them for 4 years due to no fibre in the area. Had a 6mbs line which produced a speed of 3mbs on a good day and outages atleast twice a month. Eventually fibre in the area and went with openserve vodacom. Very happy. Crisp fibre fetch their equipment in July and dont even have record of the event and doesnt want to repay my deposit now 2 months later. All around a bad experience.
