Crisp Fibre - WORST Internet and WORST ISP in South Africa

Terrible ISP, whoever is running this organization has no clue what they're doing and the service is appalling, with more downtime than uptime.

After speaking to the highest management, who were completely rude and senseless. I have decided to cancel my service and pay the pentalty fees rather than having to deal with these guys.

I work with multiple ISP's for multiple fibre links across my different sites, and never have I come across anything as pathetic as Crisp Fibre.

I'm surprised that they have any customers really, and whatever **** customer base they have, I don't suspect it will be for very long.
