Best ISP ever

I have been a Crisp fibre client since the very beginning. Been through all of the growth pains along the way as well.

Recently I have noticed a massive drive to improve service delivery or when that is not possible to at least accurately describe the issue at hand, which i truely appreciate.

I recently moved and warned my ISP in advance but way too soon as the process was very simple and easy. My line was cutover on the exact day requested.

Since then it seems that open serve our local provider has had it in for me, as in the 2 weeks we have been staying here I have had to report 4 seperate times where our line speed is bottle necked somewhere to about a quarter of the expected speed.

Everytime I reported the issue using the afterhours whatsapp line (very convenient) or via email i would receive feedback within the hour if it hadn't been fixed already. Keep up the great work and exponential growth path!
