Bad service

This is the worst company, the service is bad . Every month since I have installed their fibre for a week I lose internet connection and they take time to resolve the issue sometimes it takes two weeks for the business to attend to the query. I do not think they have a capacity to service clients - the sad thing is that we are expected to still pay the full monthly fee though we sometimes have to buy data for days
