Terrible service from crediwise
Crediwise approved me for two consecutive loans,and denied me for the 3rd one due to the reason I am under debt review.Now my question is how did they approve me for two consecutive loans,which I paid up in full and reject me for the 3rd loan.Very very bad customer service.I would not recommend crediwise to anyone due to their lack of customer service and incompetence.

Great experience!!!
It was less than 30 minutes, they give you what you qualify for, which is really considerate. As lenders they need to make sure there is no reckless lending.

Refund assistance for an incorrect payment

I settled my loan amount of R664,90 using capitec pay
I settled my loan amount of R664,90 using capitec pay. However CrediWise subsequently processed a debit order of the exact amount, resulting in a duplication. I tried reaching to them by *** and calls but they do not respond my ***, I have attached proof on the ***.
