Terrible service from crediwise

Crediwise approved me for two consecutive loans,and denied me for the 3rd one due to the reason I am under debt review.Now my question is how did they approve me for two consecutive loans,which I paid up in full and reject me for the 3rd loan.Very very bad customer service.I would not recommend crediwise to anyone due to their lack of customer service and incompetence.
