False promises

After registration with the campaign, I was advised by the consultants that my credit score will increase after start making payments, I started in January and while paying the monthly instalment, my credit score still remained the same,

I have logged in the portal to checkup scoring and other processing and found nothing really been done

I really thought that if I go ahead with them after listening to the promising been made, my dreams will come true, but nothing was done,

Now I am being told by these so thought lovely people that they taking me to the lawyers, my thing is that it’s nothing to give them the money, but what work was done, I still have the same credit score as before I started with them, I even offered to pay more money if they can just help increasing my score, but nothing all I was told they taking me to their lawyers, so I take it this is just a money ****mer,

I am so disappointed at their behaviour

To thing consultant called me after I have app****, I was told I am at the right place, they will work on my profile and I will see within the next few months I will have better credit,

Now this I am told they taking me to a lawyer, just imagine, all I want is them to do their job and settle my issue, but nothing

This is so sad

Hello Valin Meyer,

I'm really sorry to hear that you've been upset with our service. Here at Credit Salvage, we're all about helping you improve your credit score and financial health. It's disappointing to learn that we haven't met your expectations, and I want to talk about the concerns you've mentioned.

Let's start with how credit scores work. Boosting your score takes time and involves a few steps. We've been working hard on your case and have already fixed 3 out of 4 issues with your accounts. This is a big step towards better credit. However, changes in your credit score might not show up immediately because of how credit reporting works and depending on your individual situation.

About your payments, our records show there were some missed payments on the plan we set up for you, which led to your file being deactivated. Remember, making your payments on time is crucial to the success of your credit repair plan. We've managed to clear 3 of your 4 issues, but we need you to keep up with your payments to continue helping you.

Talking about legal actions, we only consider this as a very last option. If we've done a lot of work on your file and payments are still an issue, we might need to involve our collections team. We hope you understand this is not what we want.

We also note this review you left online. We're concerned as the review you wrote is mostly false as it does not tie up with the work we've done and your missed payment history with us. We take the truth really seriously, especially when it could affect how people see us based on falsified information. Because of this, we're thinking about what steps to take if this false information is being spread on purpose to hurt our reputation.

We'd much rather talk things out than go to court. If there's anything you're unhappy about or if something doesn't seem right, please get in touch. We want to make sure you fully understand how we've been helping you and to sort out any problems in a way that's fair for everyone.

We're here and ready to work with you to fix this. Keeping up with your payments is important for us to keep helping you. Once that's sorted, we can focus on fixing the last of your credit issues and boosting your score.

Our team is eager to support you all the way. Please give us a call or send a message with any questions or concerns you have. We're committed to working together for a good outcome. Helping you achieve better financial health is our number one goal, and we're dedicated to making that happen.

Kind Regards
The Credit Salvage Customer Care Team

That is incorrect again. You have only made 2 payments and your debit order was rejected for the third month.
