After 12 months + and all fees paid , I am still struggling to with company to finalise the work needed on my credit report . This is their main claim to fame - to assist and repair your credit report . Waiting months for replies if any !! Wont suggest you spend youre money on this service as its like going to home affairs !!!

First, we would like to clarify a few points regarding your file. Your file was successfully finalized in February 2024 and emails were sent to you via our online portal and via your consultant.
As part of the services we provided, we successfully prescribed three of your FNB loans, saving you a total of R78,665. Additionally, we closed and updated four other adverse payment profile FNB accounts, which resulted in a significant improvement to your credit score.
After your file was closed, we informed you of our free 6-month aftercare service, which you have not used to communicate to us any of your concerns.
As part of the services we provided, we successfully prescribed three of your FNB loans, saving you a total of R78,665. Additionally, we closed and updated four other adverse payment profile FNB accounts, which resulted in a significant improvement to your credit score.
After your file was closed, we informed you of our free 6-month aftercare service, which you have not used to communicate to us any of your concerns.
Since the completion of our work on your credit profile, we have noticed that you have been approved and opened several new loan facilities, the most recent being a loan of R40,000 in September. This is an indication of the improvements made to your improved credit standing.

08 Oct 2024, 11:41Check correpsondence from March 2024 until July 2024 ( ***) , you didnt " help " me clear prescribed debt from FNB it was part of my sequastration and rehabilitation !!! You were paid to remove adverse information from my credit report and there is still 2 judgements as from February 2024 which still needs to be resolved . Be so kind to review credit report history !!!
In spite of your socalled service I obtained credit from company before I enlisted Credit Salvage and have been using them for a while ( 2022 ) hoewever at a very high interst rate ( dont know you you helped in that regard ) Awaiting a more structured reply with a little bit more fact and less fiction .

08 Oct 2024, 13:38Regardless of whether your FNB accounts were part of your sequestration process, our bureau reports indicated them as outstanding with huge arrears and outstanding balances. We successfully removed them as per our comprehensive Papertrail.
Our mandate with you only covers addressing your credit reports with the five bureaus that we obtained in September 2023. If you receive any new listings or negative information after September 2023—such as the two judgments you mentioned—that you would like us to help remove, we will need to provide you with a new quote. Kindly email *** should you wish to get a quotation for your 2 new judgment listings.
We need to add that our prices are exceptionally low and competitive, and because of this, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a lifetime service. Our assistance is limited to the credit reports you initially signed up for in September 2023.
To provide exceptional customer service and to avoid miscommunication, we commit to presenting only the facts as per responses received and we will not fabricate or fictionalise any response.
