The worst experience ever
After sending them the required deposit for a phone they ghost you completely, they no longer respond to calls and WhatsApp messages and the phone number they've provided does not even exist. They are a **** and I don't recommend them at all

I was very skeptical about Credit Phones at first. With so many ****s out there, I wasn't sure if they were legitimate. I took a chance, and I'm so glad I did!

Hi after a month going in for 2 months after endless calls to this company they have responded only to tell me the iphone 13 is out of stock wanting to know if I don't want the iphone 14 once again I must make a payment or send my banking details for a refund I told them to do a immediate payment like they wanted me to do an immediate payment and send me proof they agreed no money till thus far has been send to my account

Hi i want to complain about the bad service of credit phones pty ltd I made a payment on Monday the deposit they requested after paying the deposit they no longer respond to my messages on WhatsApp or my emails their number when u dial it the land number its invalid though the messages go through on WhatsApp nobody replies
