Very Very Bad Service

When I sold my townhouse, I gave notice to Impact Meters regarding my electricity account. My normal usages was around R650 per month, please keep in mind that I paid an R900.00 deposit. After I moved out, I received an account of over R800.00 that was still outstanding AFTER my deposit was subtracted. I did not query this and made payments over 3 months. I was handed over to Credit Intel, and even after I made payment of the last amount outstanding AS REQUESTED BY THEM, I'm still receiving notices for payment each month and the amount just escalates. How many times do you have to settle one account? Of course, when you query this, no one ever gets back to you!!! And yes, they are listed on HelloPeter as a company who does not respond.
