Unprofessional and ********* business practice

My account was handed over by IMS. Not sure why as my account was up to date when we vacated unit.

The only outstanding amount was for the last month which was going to be paid via our deposit.

We were never reimbursed our deposit, we were advised it was utilised to make payment for the previous month, funny thing is we paid the previous month.

I forwarded proof of payments. Credit intel keeps sending me e-mails and texts increasing outstanding amount but never answer my questions. I’m sure I have asked more than 20 times
