<p>I have been handed over by Impact Metering services to Credit Intel for obtaing an amount of R 1900. I had a dispute with Impact Metering because they estimate a amount each mont for water and electricity.This amount was for one month and i were't even at home. I made a payment into Credit Intel's bank acount and called them the next day to ask what the settlemend amount will be now, they said R 1974.84.LOL. After a few phone calls to them and trying to ad up the numbers they send me a statement stating the amounts. They notified me only then that i get charged every time i call in a communications fee.lol. And the amounts added up to R 700 to be paid to them.Is that legal that they don't notify one of these charges.im utterly shocked!!!!!And Impact Metering can also learn a few client s****s!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
