********* unprofessional debt collection
In 2012 I discovered an sms from Credit Intel on my elderly mother's cell phone about a supposed debt that she owed. I telephoned the number supp**** and asked for the account to be sent to my e-mail, because my mother had no record of this debt. The requested account was never sent to me. I assumed this was a ****, because no account had ever been received by my mother other than an sms on her cell phone. However, sms's continued to be sent, and interest added. Three years later I have received an e-mail, giving me a copy of an account from 2011, now with interest and lawyer's fees added. Yet never once had my mother received any account by ordinary post, registered mail or e-mail. From my perspective, ********* and unprofessional debt collecting.
