My account was handed over to Credit Intel from Impact Meter Services (IMS) after I ended my contract with them and relocated internationally. IMS never send me the final invoices which I was waiting for.<br> <br> Credit Intel even though they welcome you to contact them they charge extra for reading and replying to any communication written or verbal. I finally stopped trying to communicate and paid the latest bill I received in full. One week later I received another bill for additional money, because they added my communication to them and billed me for handling my receipt and again for sending another invoice. When I phoned them they said they would come back to me, sending me more bills for handling my query. Only when I phoned them again did they tell me that they charge me for communication. I then made my own calculations paying them for what ever communication they can think up to add.<br> <br> ********* credit policies and extremely ********* service practices
